COVID-19 Health and Safety GUIDELINES
Children to come in already dressed in their uniform (preferably with ballet shoes), in order for the teacher to start the class promptly.
Hand sanitiser will be provided by Lyric Dance at point of entry and point of exit in/from studio for all class participants.
Social distancing markings on the floor of the studio, in order for children to maintain safe distance during the class.
We will clean high touch point areas between classes, including ballet barres.
We will reduce the number of props used during the class , but we will make sure the class is still a lot of fun for everyone . However, if the teacher will decide to use the props , every child will be given their own.
Families requested to only send one adult per family group to drop off and collect pupils to reduce potential overcrowding.
Unfortunately , parents will not be allowed inside the venue , unless your child is upset or distressed (please bring a face mask just in case) .
So you would have to wait in your cars/pop to the shop/for a coffee.
Please to be patient and adopt the new drop off and collection routines.
Please be prompt at drop off and collection to ensure the smooth running of the club.
If you have any questions after the class , please contact the office directly. Out teaches will not be able to answer any questions .
Please note that we have the right to refuse entry to anyone if you have Covid19 symptom:
• a high temperature – this means you feel hot to touch on your chest or back (you do not need to measure your temperature)
• a new, continuous cough – this means coughing a lot for more than an hour, or 3 or more coughing episodes in 24 hours (if you usually have a cough, it may be worse than usual)
• a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste – this means you’ve noticed you cannot smell or taste anything, or things smell or taste different to normal
Thank you for your co-operation
